Transform Training Philosophy

Great leaders are made; not born. When children are introduced to Leadership concepts at a young age, in the right environment, they can learn and imbibe Leadership traits easily. As children discover and develop their own leadership potential, they realize the power of transformation.

TransformTM is conceptualized and created for Teens and Young Adults (Age 13 to 21). TransformTM is scientifically designed in consultation with Educationalists, Child Psychologists, School Curriculum Developers and Veterans who have displayed exemplary leadership in uniform and corporate organizations.

TransformTM supports and prepares children to be strong communicators, critical thinkers, and gritty problem-solvers who are inquisitive, creative, empathetic, and collaborative. Other observed benefits are higher productivity by better time management, better collaboration, higher Self-awareness and increased confidence, enhanced social skills and overall positive change by practical implementation of skills and concepts.

Program Details

TransformTM is scientifically designed in consultation with Educationalists, Child Psychologists, School Curriculum Developers and Veterans who have displayed exemplary leadership in uniform and corporate organizations.

The program is based on "Theory of Multiple Intelligences", and challenges and practices the participants to apply and develop all attributes. This also helps them identify their strengths and short comings, making them self-aware and confident individuals.

Military Leadership is the epitome of Leadership; being subject to a high degree of challenge, they achieve and lead their men to achieve their best in the most adverse conditions, high degree of stress and inhospitable terrain & conditions. Therefore, all 'Transform' trainers are people with considerable experience who have displayed exemplary leadership in uniform.

Program Structure

TransformTM is designed for teens and young adults (children between the age of 13 years and 21). The program is delivered as 'Basic Leadership' and 'Advanced Leadership' programs, each consisting of 12 sessions. Each session is 2 hours each (conducted once or twice a week). Two additional sessions are conducted for the parents, one by the Program Facilitator and one by a Child Psychologist.

Participants are introduced to the concepts through basic lectures and practice through in activities, follow up tasks, observations and reflection. Since the participants are actively involved (rather than mere listener), the learning and retention is significantly higher. Participants are gradually immersed in the leadership concepts, conducting 1-2 sessions per week.

Participants are given individual feedback, mentoring and guidance. The batch size is therefore restricted to a maximum of 24 participants.
